Daily Duties at Caresouth :

Med-surge oncology patients.Nrsg Dx, plan of care, Assess if Pt should be on telemetry monitor. Admissions. assess home environment, family dynamics and build on resources in community to assist Pt in home. Planning pt care. IV therapy. PO/IV med. administration, foley catheter sterile insertions, wound care, efficient knowledge of PT/INR machine to draw blood for PT/INR, blood draws. Specimen collection. Midline/PICC line sterile dressing change, g-tube feeding,and patient/family teahing. Pt teaching on disease process, diets, safety in home.
