Daily Duties at Northrop Grumman :

Managed and updated CBT Knowledgewire and CHR Peoplesoft. Established annual training schedule for variety of classes offered and schedule all employees for required classes. Gathered training material to include handouts, PowerPoint presentations, notices, etc. Maintained and updated training metrics and calculated mid-and end-of year training volume Levels 1 and 2 metrics. Input all training records (classroom/CBT) to central ESH&M/Peoplesoft training database. Supported the ESH&M staff, Administrative Assistant to department. Created and built complex bi-weekly and monthly reports to support all levels of management and staff. Utilized mail merge to send out supervisor NH Briefing letters. Handled weekly data loads from CBT to CHR and perform annual purge of employees in CBT. Processed Knowledgewire and CBT invoices, implementing corrective action for overages. Manage conference room and schedule yearly training calendar in Outlook, send meeting notifications, and calendar invitations. Coordinated and facilitate meetings with managers, PALS, and training contacts. Order food for meetings and coordinated travel needs for consultants.
