Daily Duties at Lsg (Logistics Solutions Group):

Various travel requirements were executed during my time of service: 70 Group Commercial, 35 Charter air and bus, and approximately 800 individual movements. Various travel modes may be authorized: Commercial Air for individual and group size elements, Charter Air for 60pax or more, Charter buses or TMP buses, and AMTRACK trains. •Conducted extensive research and coordination for the most cost effective and mission essential unit requirements. Precise analysis of personnel and equipment was completed with a short suspense. •Final location and travel date was determined once unit’s requirements were met. Ensured required documentation (orders, reserve leave report and manifest) was provided and submitted to Official Travel ITO representatives with travel request form HFL-150. •Worked closely with JBLM RMO (Resource Management Office) to facilitate the complete ACL (Accounting classification line) from IMCOM funding. •Writing the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for the Senior Operations Specialist “Travel Team” and S-3 plans section provided guidance for an effective communication flow.
