Managed all Macintosh routine maintenance, software reliability testing, network upgrades, and equipment purchasing projects. Performed all PC/Macintosh administration, troubleshooting, and technical support for multiple locations for 700+ users. Assisted with department's server administration/maintenance including all aspects of hardware and software upgrades. Implemented IKON and Canon multifunction copiers with imaging software for document management. Provided administration for Blackberry BES Server, MS 2003 Print Server, and Apple Xserver.
