Utilized Altiris Deployment Console, Asset Management, Ghost Imaging, Carbon Copy, and Help Desk modules to administrate 1500+ PCs. Integrate Altiris Asset management module campus wide. Enabling assets to tracked by users, department, and usage. Approved all hardware and software procurement and budgeting. Interviewed, hired, trained temp employees for corporate Tech Refresh program. (4 year cycle with 300+ replacements per year.) Provide administration for Blackberry BES Server, MS 2003 Print Server, and Apple Xserver.
