Daily Duties at Verizon Communications:
Employ extensive range of skills cabling, patching, installing data, voice, digital, video services for both residential, commercial customers. Provide consistent, on-going communication with customer throughout each stage of multi-faceted projects. Utilize Static IP, Dynamic protocol configurations in completing business network projects. Train new, existing technicians in hardware installation, maintenance procedures. Oversee support staff enhancing data network problem resolution processes. Install, test hubs, fiber distribution terminals. Implement fiber splicing techniques as required.
