Daily Duties at Nestle Health Care Nutrition:
Supported the Vice President of Marketing, the Vice President of Sales and the Director of Training for the Institutional HealthCare Division (HCN). Planned events and conferences for the marketing, sales and training divisions. • Planned four global platform workshops for 20+ participants resulting in the cohesive marketing plan for both the global and domestic markets. • Coordinated National Sales Meeting for 300+ participants from sales, marketing and agency partners, communicating the new focus of the division and the sales goals for the year. • Managed training schedule for Institutional Sales training team. o Coordinated training space logistics (onsite or offsite). o Obtained training materials for participants. o Coordinated catering and refreshments. o Coordinated IT requirements. o Maintained attendee list. • Managed and prepared expense reports for the Vice President of Marketing and the Vice President of Sales to ensure timely payment to both the credit card company and out of pocket expenses. • Managed calendar which included resolving meeting conflicts, and rearranging meeting logistics to maximize meeting preparation time. • Coordinated approximately 60 trips per year for the Institutional HealthCare team which consisted of both domestic and international travel. • Selected and served as editor of Pathways Weekly WIN Wizard newsletter. Wrote and published newsletter for HCN division. • Represented HCN division annually on the Children’s Halloween Parade Committee enhancing and planning the special event for visiting children. • Volunteered to serve as Co-Chair of Nestle Holiday Party Event.
