Daily Duties at Venture Encoding:

Ar Account Representative - Primary and direct contact with customer by providing optimum level of proactive service to all customers. - Deal promptly, constructively and fairly with customers to resolve problems and complaints striving for equitable resolutions. - Work closely with sales team, technical development, programming, accounting and production to ensure smooth communication and work flow regarding customer requirements. - Accumulate and interpret service and product requests from clients and assure the end result is successfully accomplished. - Provide excellent level of service to all customers resulting in continued company growth and profitability. - Routinely handle multiple tasks/projects at one time and constantly follow-up and provide status updates. - Manage several key clients such as MetLife Home Loans, JPM Chase and GMAC which produce some of the largest volumes of statements and letters for the company.
