● Coordinated all duties leading up to the installation of Marriott Systems, including MARSHA, PMS, NGS, and ADACO. ● Conducted property site visits, determined systems needs, prepared preliminary cost estimates, ordered all equipment and coordinated all vendor issues to ensure a smooth installation process. ● Managed activities with hotel key contacts, produced weekly status reports and conducted pre-site meetings with installation teams and hotel Executive Team.
