Daily Duties at Carlyle Consulting Services, Inc.:
Evaluate IT professional candidates to determine if they posessed the required expertise identified by our client. Research potential placement candidates and cultivate in depth professional relationships with them to determine expertise levels, experience and personal variances that determine if they are a viable candidate for an available or future position. Interview and conduct technical testing of candidates to meet the staffing needs of 100+ clients candidate evaluations, resume research, customer service, viability of job specifications and evaluations of candidate progress. I was trained in all aspects of the interviewing process as well as all recruiting/research processes to provide our clients with professional candidates that met their specific job requirements
