Performed patient care in a long term care facility with geriatric and acute care patients, helped with ADL's, Range of motion exercises, assisted with bathing and hygiene, provided hospice and terminally ill care for patients, charted and documented activities,recorded intake and output, assisted nurses, physical and occupational therapy with care of patients as needed, Excellent clinical, customer service and communication skills, Ability to quickly learn new skills and,excellent team player, able to transfer patients safely and effectively,able to use a Hoyer and stand to sit lift effectively, maintained clean patient rooms, provided respect, dignity and privacy to all patients,obtained vital signs, specimens and weights of patients, helped with feeding and ambulating patients, prepared clients for examinations and treatments, answered call lights promptly, on time for shifts.
