Daily Duties at Linda Vista Care Center :
Interacted/reported well with physicians, on time and prompt for shifts, administered injections and gave medicines, used sterile technique for wound dressings and changes also Foley catheter insertion, performed lab draws, maintained sterile technique for central line dressing changes and care, changed wound vacs,administered IV medications, charted patient care, intake and output, and weights, effectively communicated with CNA's relating to patient care, assessed patients accurately, excellent communication skills with patients, family, nurses, ancillary staff and doctors pertaining to patient care, providing physical, emotional and social needs to patients, appropriately implementing nursing interventions. Charge nurse duties.
