Daily Duties at Emcor Facilities Services:
• Currently employed as Chief Engineer managing the maintenance of class A office space. • Manage and assist employees and contract vendors engaged in maintaining critical and non - critical equipment, structures, utility systems. • Experienced in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, tile, carpentry. • Good computer skills. Experienced with Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, Outlook, CMMS, Salesforce - Critical Facilities Incident Management. • Initiates and manages critical work efforts involving Data Centers, emergency power generators, UPS systems, CRAC units, FM200 and Preaction fire protection systems. • Manages PM’s and work orders generated from CMMS. Prioritizes work orders and distributes. • Creates new PM procedures and time intervals into CMMS for proper equipment maintenance. • Obtain quotes from vendors, writes purchase orders and coordinates spending within the established budget.
