Spearheaded re-conceptualization of both the Association’s industry-standard database and the Census project survey instruments used to collect and update data. • Established and managed new vendor relationships, incorporating new processes and technology such as response-enhancement strategies, four-color scannable forms, and outsourcing of data collection and mapping into MGMA database. • Key player of online-database development and data warehouse implementation teams. • Lead player on Membership Directory redesign team. • Wrote all documentation for database. • Served as systems analyst liaising with Management Information Services and key system stakeholders across all departments.
