Conceptualized and implemented new member-services department, reporting directly to Board of Directors, including hiring, training, and supervising member services team for nation’s premier healthcare-management association. • Member of management team directing membership structure and revenue model overhaul, partnering initiatives, and Association budget forecasting and reporting. • Managed MGMA Census project, including designing the census instrument, and managing the editing and maintenance of collected data to support list sales, education planning, survey reporting, and strategic planning. • Directed design, content, printing, and distribution of annual member renewal statements and related marketing pieces. • Established and managed vendor relationships and related budgets to meet aggressive timelines while completely overhauling project process and presentation to increase response. • Directed extraction, editing, and production of Membership Directory (30,000- plus listings, 289 data fields, 400-plus pages). Directly accountable for all content.
