Daily Duties at Jones Intercable:
First ever Systems Administrator at Jones Intercable. Developed and implemented systems operation manuals, policies and procedures for IBM, Tandem and WANG mainframe systems. Developed and implemented programs for detailed reporting of data requirements. Completed billing runs, disconnect cable services and pay-per-view authorizations for 81 cable systems service over 1.2 million cstomers in 5 time zones. Responsible for hiring and training new systems administrators.
