Daily Duties at Telegate, Inc.:
• Creation and responsible for US accounting department according to corporation criteria and USA GAAP, Month-end and Year-end and monthly accruals. • Creation of Procedures & Policies for Finance & Controlling Departments in US. • Financial Statements preparation by cost center. • Bank Reconciliation Accounts for US, cash flow and supporting forecast. • Responsible for Payroll & Taxes records from ADP to SAP system. • Annual Audit Management. • Controlling reports management for Germany. • Coordinate tax issues with external counterparts (CPA firm). • Ensure each location of Telegate, Inc. follows corporate accounting procedures. • Responsible for the successful accounting transition to SAP on Sept 2001. • Creation of the accounting headquarters’ department in Dallas and initiation of SAP system with the parent company in Germany. • Creation of Procedures & Policies for Finance & Controlling Departments.
