Daily Duties at Hunter Industries:

Responsible for staffing of a seven member Help Desk with qualified candidates and ensuring they have the appropriate tools, processes, and training required to perform their role to the best of their ability. Planed, managed, deployed a corporate wide laptop leasing project in 2009. By leasing laptops it allowed Hunter to shorten its end of life program to just three years without significant cost for new equipment. Oversaw, planned, and budgeted a 1.2 million dollar account for hardware, enterprise software, and department overhead. Prioritized and managed conflicting and/or overlapping incidents. Ensured compliance with leases, debt, partnerships and other operative documents. Compared licenses, warranties, maintenance agreements, and vendor contracts against audits to ensure company's legal compliance and asset upkeep, upgrades, repair, and replacement. Assisted Procurement in developing and managing sourcing strategies for the organization. Provided AD Administration on Users Accounts, Computer, Groups, and Macintosh binding. Established documentation and company wide policies for use and procurement of all mobile devices. Configured, administered, and monitored the Help Desk ticketing software. Served as primary point of escalation for all unresolved incidents. Monitored and reported on SLAs, resource utilization, staffing needs, and issue management. Served as the business point-of-contact for all Help Desk issues. Provided management and resource utilization statistics.
