Coordinated operations analysis and improvement for 1-million square foot facility with 5+ miles of conveyor belts transferring product from inventory to shipping. Streamlined shipping lanes by consolidating and restructuring functions to assist the loading process. Negotiated rates with carriers, leading to improved productivity; reduced the number of carriers and allowed some carriers to drop trailers to be loaded during the day. Eliminated $125K of product that was collected on. Disposed of product as necessary, sorted pallets, and orchestrated sanitation and maintenance of warehouse.
