Daily Duties at Lms Intellibound, Inc.:
Direct operations across 3 sites in Denver and supervise indirectly 1 site in California and 1 site in Illinois, consisting of up to 85 associates, 9 Leads, 5 Supervisors, and 3 Managers collectively. Coach managers and supervisors from each location to ensure the correct reports are produced and strong P&L is achieved with efficient operations across the site. Create accurate schedules for personnel to unload product coming into the facility in a timely manner. Conduct site audits to maximize compliance with corporate safety and operations requirements, as well as OSHA regulations; manage recertification for all employees every 6 months on equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and safe lifting procedures. Provide honest, thorough evaluations for Training Managers and Supervisors to ensure each individual can reach personal and company goals. Analyze P&L fluctuations weekly, monthly and per year; provide results to corporate leaders to create accurate annual budgets.
