Daily Duties at Crew Technical Services:

My main responsbilities for this role was a business analyst for Eli Lilly and Company. A new department was being created and I was asked by the Team Leader to help with internal processes and a Information system roll out for the Deparment of Alliance Management, which managed ALL of Eli Lilly strategic biotech partnerships. I was responsbile for analyzing our partnership database to make it flow better for the Alliance managers. Gathering requirements from managers to help design the system for more efficient use, which included for example; logical ad hoc queries and data presentation dashboards. In addition, other projects included budgeting for next fiscal year, producing detailed analysis on the biotech companies (including, revenues, pharmacueticals Eli Lilly was looking to invest in, understanding where the drug was in the pipleine and presenting this information to Director level resources through presentation meetings. Responsibilies in this role were to Manage one of the largest accounts for the organization. With an onsite(at customer site) of four staff members, I worked as their direct supervisor. Staff included HR and back office processing and customer service. I was accountable for growing the account through strategic alliances with sub-contractors, and building relationships with Director level managers in specific departments, including, Information Technology Center, Engineering services and Technical writing. Conducting annual reviews for employees, analyzing and deploying better internal processes such as, customer service, retention of department clients, referrals processes, on boarding processes of resources and building better sales presenations for example.
