- Define UAT testing parameters, create testing plans, consolidate testing results across all hotels and document results for issue fix - Manage development and redefinition of in-house documentations, such as, Web Support Admin Guide and Gift Certificate Reference Guide - Work closely and coordinate with Marketing, Corporate Affairs, and Finance Departments for website-related projects to make sure their needs are met with professionalism - Experience in the knowledge basis of HTML, XML, MSSQL Server, and SharePoint - Assist in proposing, planning and implementing of web based technology items for projects, such as, HSH Redevelopment, SiteCore Upgrade, and Staff Booking Accommodation
