Worked on the manufacturing floor for wireline tools as part of the oilfield service company. Managed 12 skilled technicians who, as a team, focused on production & process improvement. Served as an internal ISO 9000 auditor in other Schlumberger facilities globally, and selected as a division representative to Standards Committee who controls approved standards for all Schlumberger Wireline manufacturing facilities.
