• Managing 12 enrollment counselors in assisting masters students with complete university experience • Involved in hiring and developing new staff for Ken Blanchard College of Business • Analyzes data base systems for lead optimization • Involved in weekly, monthly, and quarterly goal setting as well as implementing processes to achieve these goals • Analyzes phone calls for counselors to assist with training and quality assurance
