Daily Duties at Material Sales, Inc/ Ims Group:
I was responsible for all aspects of the store managment. I review the Profit and Loss statement and provided quarter reviews to management. I also deveolped the yearly goals and projections and determine what metrics would be monitored. I gave direction to department supervisors and was responble for the layout and maintenance of the warehouses. I also monitored the inventory on a daily bais and developed written inventory control porcess. I also insituted marketing, safety and sales progams to increase the companies productivity.
