• Plan and coordinate the estimating and bidding activities for product quotations for a full range of railroad wayside systems, signaling, and rail-highway grade crossing warning systems • Coordinate with supply chain, sales/marketing, manufacturing, engineering and finance to manage the generation of quotes, bills of material, and labor estimates • Present cost estimates to upper management for review • Manage estimating group personnel
