Daily Duties at Husson College:

Initially contracted as Consultant to determine validity of a Paralegal Studies program. After conducting extensive market and cost analysis, obtained buy in from administration. Developed Paralegal Program from advocacy and approval through initial course development and instruction, to Associate and Baccalaureate degree accreditation and program edministration.Established/maintained academic and administrative relations. Managed strategic planning and budgeting. Recruited adjunct faculty,placed and supervised interns,assessed, monitored and supported professional development of adjunct paralegal faculty and students, advised all paralegal majors, taught adult Continuing Education classes year round for 17 plus years including Business Law, Organization and Management and Paralegal courses.
