Daily Duties at Black Box Network Services:
Assisted in the implementation of VOIP phone systems at a Ft. Lauderdale bank location. Provided technical support and assistance in cabling, basic telephony, basic networking, and networking printing. Consulted with other contractors to recommend solutions in installation and troubleshooting. Used Microsoft Visio to design and draw draft site maps to make note of certain areas where further repairs and installation updates were needed. Used Excel® to organize phone users' names with their assigned phone numbers, extensions and NBK's.
