Daily Duties at Verizon Business:
Conducted service review presentations on a monthly basis on phone and in person. Presented outage summaries to customers providing a lessons learned description to prevent further extended outage time with a network affecting incident. Provide data management of customer network designs in order to provide a more detailed representation of the size and scope of the customers network. This would be shared with the sales team for use in considering new sales opportunities. Managed special projects which entailed preparing agendas, tracking deliverables,and communicate progress on internal teams and external teams in some cases. Provide network studies documented in presentation form to indicate areas of improvement in responsiveness and scalability. and scalability. Have extensive knowledge in Network technology consisting of MPLS, Frame Relay, IP VPN remote access, Metro Ethernet, MAN's LAN's and WANs,and VoIP. Have understanding of UMTS and transport technologies including SONET, SDH, WDW and DWDM. I serve as customer's main point of contact for escalations up to VP level for incident resolution. I provide training to customers on various web based tools provided as a service to the customer. Lead cross-functional groups for customer initiated change management requests in scope and out of scope. Perform implementation and MACD actions on customer services in an as needed basis.
