Daily Duties at Microsoft Corporation:
• Conduct detailed process analysis and improvements for Benefits and Severance projects • Partner with multiple Program Owners to gather and prioritize business requirements, and implement system enhancements to support program initiatives. • Coordinate quarterly system release cycles and business process regression testing. • Collaborate with Solutions Delivery/IT team to define, develop, document, test and deploy system releases. • Vendor management of multiple third party vendors ensuring system enhancements releases meet business SLAs. • Provide stakeholders key updates via a quarterly newsletter publication and/or project status meetings.
