Daily Duties at Us Army, 3d Brigade, 91st Division:
Primary Officer In Charge of conducting training and evaluation program for the Army Reserve and Guard in California, Nevada and Arizona. Develop assessment reports, decision briefings and maintain assessment database encompassing over 600 organizations. Design and implement operations training program for mid career and junior officer leadership. Prepare and deliver executive briefings and presentations to senior Army leadership on Guard and Reserve readiness. Serve as Action Officer for the Defense Coordination Officer to FEMA Region IX providing military support to civilian authorities
