Daily Duties at Calidad Industries :

Directed a $10.6M federal contract providing information management, public works, training area/range management and logistics operations for a 7000 acre Army installation in Dublin, Ca. Perform all budgeting operations, human resource functions, subcontracting operations and FAR compliance. Assume all profit and loss accountability to the contract. Manage 4 exempt and 29 non exempt employees. Ensures all DOL, OSHA and EPA laws and regulations are followed. Review internal and external procedures to ensure quality assurance and develop the organization into an ISO 9001 certified business
