Daily Duties at Trinchero Family Estates & Sutter Home Winery Inc.:
Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for the 2d largest family owned winery in the U.S. Oversee the maintenance of all properties, infrastructure and equipment at six separate production facilities in Northern California. Ensure that the Ammonia Refrigeration Systems and other critical winery equipment are maintained at 100% capability at all times. Responsible for ensuring ISO 9001 initiatives are maintained and recertification is accomplished on an annual basis. Answer to the Vice President of Operations on all budget, manpower and equipment issues. Supervise two Foreman and thirty six mechanics. Handle all maintenance and repair contracts up to $1 million. Manage a operational budget of $1.8M dollars
