RETAIL STORE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS Directed and coordinated all aspects of daily store operations that is 25% above plan with focus on sales, marketing, merchandising, safety, regulatory compliance, and leadership Expertly managed merchandising display, window display, sales promotion, and holiday floor setup Evaluated financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to measure goal achievement as well as to determine areas needing cost reduction and improvement LEADERSHIP, TRAINING, AND SUPERVISION Determined staffing requirements: hired all managers and sales associates to enhance overall efficiency Spearheaded the merchandising team for six departments within the store and delegated specific responsibilities Facilitated training to team members to develop competencies and achieve the highest level of performance RETAIL SALES AND MARKETING OPTIMIZATION Conceptualized innovative marketing strategies and promotions to increase brand awareness and elevate sales Executed sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products and services, while analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS Built and cultivated long‐term quality relationships with customers to provide total satisfaction as well as to generate sales and new business opportunities Regularly interacted with customers to provide prompt response to inquiries, as well as to address and resolve complaints under time constraints
