 Managed regional construction and modernization projects from implementation to closeout, which included all aspects of client relations, submittal coordination, contracting, scheduling, procurement, financial management, cost control, and change integration  Successfully monitored and controlled the timely completion of several project schedules, through use of scheduling techniques such as earned value management and critical path analyses, which have contributed to the achievement of double to triple the planned profits  Effectively directed and communicated project information, goals, strategies, weekly progress meetings and written completion reports with all stakeholders, including senior-level managers and owners’ representatives.
