Daily Duties at Lincoln Multicultural Middle School:
Defined the school's mission communicated it to all stakeholders and provided the Instructional leadership to accomplish it. Implemented, supervised and evaluated the total school program. Evaluated all faculty staff and clasified personnel. Established, promoted and maintained keen oversight of instructional programs, services and delivery. Design an instructional program to meet the needs of a culturally diverse young adolescent student population. Established a culture of participatory governance to allow imput of the collective knowledge, skills and abilities of a carefully selected faculty and staff. Establish a school climate driven by a common mission, common goals and shared governance Established instructional practices to mobilize the effective efforts of academically debilitated students. Created the conditions which led to bridging the cultural gap between students. Established a parent compact by adding a bilingul parent coordinator to the staff
