Joined SI International to establish and manage a new business development capture and proposal operation including all aspects of planning, designing, recruiting and securing all processes, tools, infrastructure and team members required to implement an in-house capture and proposal capability for new business opportunity development and bid submission. Additional responsibilities included: •All performance aspects of Capture Management, Proposal preparation and submission executive support •Total Pipeline management •Fiscal quarterly capture and proposal support forecasting •Bid no/bid decision authority •Process and procedures for capture and proposal, and opportunity life-cycle development and execution •Recruiting and securing all capture and proposal staff associates •Design, construction and operation of a new proposal center •All aspects of opportunity pursuit and win strategy development
