Provide data and batch processing services in the network operation center (NOC). Utilize Control-M to monitor and create new jobs. Manage multiple systems while monitoring Graphic User Interface (GUI) systems and other groups and jobs in Control-M. Manually run mapper jobs and FTP files out to clients. Restart jobs that fail and resend files to clients. Demonstrate knowledge of Peregrine system for creating tickets for failed jobs. Encrypt and compress files with PGP. Utilize FTP (wsftp) technologies.
