The Fayetteville GA office was a proposal center collocated with a P&L providing services and systems integration work largely at Warner Robbins AFB, GA. The proposal operations serviced the entire corporate structure including the local P&L. My role and VP Capture and Proposal operations was to strengthen proposal support success by introducing the Capture Management function and Capture Managers into the MTC Corporate organization, providing dedicated and fulltime opportunity qualification and strategic support increasing the companies Percentage of Wins(PWIN)both in projection and results
