Daily Duties at Kgs :
As the SVP BD, led all aspects of new business development and business capture activities – including teaming, marketing strategy development and execution. Managed the activities of the company’s business development associates in development of opportunity plans, pipeline development, opportunity development and execution of strategies. Worked in collaboration with all P&L VP leads to develop go-to market strategies and BD execution for their areas of core competency. 5th Member of Executive Management team charged with establishing processes, procedures, strategic marketing, sales and growth plans, recruiting staff and incentivizing the BD organization including capture Management, proposal management and marketing team associates under the BD function. Led the BD and marketing team of 27 professional associates and managed department budget including travel costs, and B&P funding for each opportunity. Company-wide pipeline development and execution, projecting and obtaining revenue and increasing EBIT were additional responsibilities.
