Daily Duties at Wright Runstad & Company:
Building Equipment & Systems operation, maintenance, and repair. Preventive & Corrective maintenance. Tenant Relations, Calls & Comfort issue resolution. Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, doors, locks, irrigation, and BAS. First Responder, trained in CPR/AED/First Aid. On-Call rotation.
