Daily Duties at Forman Mills:

• Responsible for the growth and development of up to 5+ stores, with an annual volume in excess of 50 million. • Hire, train managers, and assistant managers on profitable operations of stores. • Team up with Human Resource Director and staff on all personnel issues. • Responsible for the reduction of shrink within assigned stores. • Coordinated the opening of two new stores into established markets.
