Daily Duties at Usa Truck:
Pricing and yield analysis of all freight originating from the Northeast Market. The biggest of five markets in the company based off of load annual load count(1500+ power units per week). Handled all bids submitted by four sales associates and sales director. Worked closely with the Northeast Operations director and three operations managers to win and maintain the right freight balance to maximize target lane density, balance, and yield. Performed live auctions to secure profitable freight. Reviewed all bids for dedicated opportunities. Responsible for maximization of rate within the northeast region and loads origination from the northeast region. Responsible for assisting operations in maintaining empty miles under 10%.
