Daily Duties at Unisys:
Tasking included Tier I, II and III help desk support Used Remedy and heat ticket systems for logging tickets Install customized versions of Windows 95, 98, 2000, and XP for 500 users, enabling Legacy applications to operate efficiently Setup network printers and connection to print server on Domain. Responded to telephone inquiries and resolved user problems by explaining unique fixes for system problems Created user accounts and computer accounts, enabling employees to use USDA domain. Installed Windows applications for users on their systems, including Microsoft Office 97, XP, Formflow and SAS Setup third party VPN connection for users on Laptops via Windows VPN
