Daily Duties at Signature Home Health:
Physical and Psychological assessments, Oasis and Care Plan development. Disease process, Medication, Home Safety, Nutrition/Hydration assessment and teaching. Wound care assessment and teaching, Foley catheter insertion, assessment, trouble shooting and teaching. G-Tube and Tube feeding assessment, care, and teaching. Phlebotomy, PT/INR, PICC line assessment and care. Tracheostomy care and suctioning.
