Originated position with responsibility for organizing campus-wide events such as concerts, movie nights, and a Halloween party. Created employee handbook for position. Presented and assisted with monthly training on diversity, community building, and programming for the RAs. Aided Resident Assistants with programming and community development. • Took on additional duties as temporary Residential Director, supervising 2 dorms, 30 RAs, and the Resident Council.
