essentially call on doctors and hospitals in the medical communities,to grow market share.Daily activities included conducting in person calls to doctors,hospitals as well as analyzing market share reports,generating 30,60,90 day action plans,monthly marketing reports,weekly marketing reports,analyzing weekly market share reports,performing product presentations,demonstrations to office based doctors over lunch entertaining doctors in the evening setting up dinner speaker development programs for product presentations using a thought leader in the community.Meet daily with team members to coardinate marketing plans developed to focus on key doctors.I was accountable for NEW MARKET share growth of various medications versus other medications on the market. .responsibilities included developing newer representatives in terms of their ability to sell and present scientific information to doctors.
