Daily Duties at Unisys:
Completed 3-month onsite assignment Supervised 5 subcontractors in rolling out Windows 98, upgrade from Windows 95 Installed Windows and DOS applications for users after migrating user data to platform Approved Signed timesheets for other subcontractors Loaded LOTUS CCMAIL and configured it on users’ system and servers Tasking included Tier I, II and III help desk support Used Lotus Notes ticket system to login tickets Created crystal report for managers to see whom had most cases. Installed Windows 95 upgraded NT3.51 and then to NT4.0. Served as an ONTIME database administrator when primary administrator was not available. Installed File Maker- Pro for users and instructed user how to use MAC database. Installed IOMEGA drives for users on PCs and loaded drivers Loaded FACIT applications for hearing impaired user so that he could use their system, enabling his computer to talk to him and enhancing his productivity Performed software and hardware testing for operating systems, including Windows 95, 98, and NT4.0
