• Investigated, evaluated and negotiated General Liability, Auto, Workers Compensation and Property claim files from date of notice through resolution. Ensured best practices claim handling standards are implemented and followed. • Collected, evaluated and maintained data concerning injuries, claims, workers’ compensation and other risk-related data and provided reports on quarterly basis or as requested. • Prepared all worksheets, forms, documentation and reports to ensure complete and accurate auditable records were maintained and accessible. Distributed investigative reports to outside legal counsel and internal management. • Managed the administration of claims by interviewing parties involved, collecting and evaluating documentation and securing evidence and protecting chain of custody. • Analyzed coverage, determine liability, compensability and damages of claims. • Worked with insurance adjuster to assess actual damages associated with the claim. Held insurance adjusters accountable to investigate, negotiate and settle claims within personal settlement authority.
