Daily Duties at Dyn Corp International:
Develop and maintain the Property Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for AFCAP Joint Base Balad (JBB) Dining Facility (DFAC) Iraq. Define the goals, objectives and programs for the control of Government and DI Owned Property. Direct, monitor and assist the program with the day-to-day property control operations to include compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and (DynCorp International) DI Property Policies and Procedures. Provides advice, guidance, or liaison services to assigned location(s) with implementation, interpretation, and compliance of the Property Management and Control Plan for DI to include general direction to the all five (5) dining facilities. Review and approve property control Reports required by the Government. Assure that all Government and DI property is controlled during the life of the contract. Coordinate with the Contracts department to assure all property is properly documented/disbursed of during contract closure. Advise senior management of current status and changes within the program property department. Perform periodic property control audits of program
